描述
Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) 是一种由免疫系统细胞，成纤维细胞和内皮细胞分泌的糖蛋白，是造血和内皮前体细胞的细胞因子。G-CSF 刺激骨髓中成熟的祖细胞分化为粒细胞，巨噬细胞和 T 细胞。G-CSF 还能够通过增加 PI3K/Akt 通路的磷酸化为中枢神经元提供神经保护，并调节癌症中的上皮到间质转化。

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Stored at -20 to -80°C for 12 months as supplied from date of receipt；2-8°C for 2-7 days after reconstitution. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
