Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Recombinant Mouse IL-7 is immobilized at 2 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind Biotinylated Recombinant Human IL-7 R alpha. The ED50 for this effect is <6 ng/mL.

复溶方法
Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
储存
Stored at -20 to -80°C for 12 months as supplied from date of receipt; 2-8°C for 2-7 days after reconstitution. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
