钙钛矿太阳能电池的制备不仅需要高纯度的功能层材料，衬底处理、工艺耗材和器件封装同样决定着最终的器件质量与寿命。从导电玻璃的清洗到薄膜的过滤，从蒸镀掩膜板到最终的封装保护，每一个环节的配套产品选择都影响器件的可靠性和重现性。衬底的清洁度直接影响SAM分子的自组装质量，过滤器的化学兼容性影响前驱体溶液的稳定性，封装材料的阻水性能则决定器件的使用寿命。 全流程配套思路：导电玻璃根据器件结构选择FTO（适合高温烧结）或ITO（适合低温/柔性），根据基底面积选择100×100 mm或15×15 mm规格。玻璃清洗环节，中性pH清洗液配合PTFE清洗架是关键。溶液过滤时，疏水PTFE针式过滤器（0.22 μm）适用于有机溶剂过滤。封装方面，POE热熔胶膜提供粘结与层压，丁基胶带提供边缘密封（水蒸气透过率极低），紫外固化UV胶提供快速固化，高阻水柔性背板专为柔性器件设计。
