2021年，国家市场监督管理总局、国家标准化管理委员会发布了《电子电气产品中某些物质的测定 第8部分：气相色谱-质谱法（GC-MS）与配有热裂解/热脱附的气相色谱-质谱法（Py/TD-GC-MS）测定聚合物中的邻苯二甲酸酯》（GB 39560.8-2021）。
本标准描述了两种标准方法和两种参考方法，用于测定电子电气产品聚合物中的以下邻苯二甲酸酯：邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯（DIBP）邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯（DBP）邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯（BBP）邻苯二甲酸二（2-乙基己基）酯（DEHP）邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯（DNOP）邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯（DINP）邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯（DIDP）。
本部分的标准方法是气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法与配有热裂解/热脱附的气相色谱-质谱(Py/TD-GC-MS)法。GC-MS法是定量测定DIBP、DBP、BBP、DEHP、DNOP、DINP 和 DIDP 的标准方法，测定范围从50 mg/kg 到2 000 mg/kg。
