2024年，生态环境部发布了《固定污染源废气 12 种多氯联苯的测定 同位素稀释/高分辨气相色谱⁃高分辨质谱法》（HJ 1389-2024）。
本标准规定了测定固定污染源有组织排放废气和无组织排放监控点空气中 12 种多氯联苯（二恶英类多氯联苯）的同位素稀释/高分辨气相色谱 高分辨质谱法。
本标准适用于固定污染源有组织排放废气和无组织排放监控点空气中 12 种多氯联苯的测定，包括 3,3',4,4' 四氯联苯（PCB 77）、3,4,4',5 四氯联苯（PCB 81）、2,3,3',4,4' 五氯联苯（PCB 105）、2,3,4,4',5 五氯联苯（PCB 114）、2,3',4,4',5 五氯联苯（PCB 118）、2',3,4,4',5 五氯联苯（PCB 123）、3,3',4,4',5 五氯联苯（PCB 126）、2,3,3',4,4',5 六氯联苯（PCB 156）、2,3,3',4,4',5' 六氯联苯（PCB157）、2,3',4,4',5,5' 六氯联苯（PCB 167）、3,3',4,4',5,5' 六氯联苯（PCB 169）和 2,3,3',4,4',5,5' 七氯联苯（PCB 189）。
