PI3K是一种胞内磷脂酰肌醇激酶，可分为3类，其结构与功能各异。其中研究最广泛的为I类PI3K，催化亚基有4种，即p110α, β,δ,γ。PI3K抑制剂在细胞增殖、分化、存活等方面起着重要的作用，是人类癌症中最常被激活通路的关键信号位，一直吸引着各大制药公司的关注。
